Hi, im from Czech republic on vacation in Nessebar. I have a problem with my right ear. Can someone please translate this medical prescription? I tried AI but it had meltdown saying its doctors handwriting + its in Bulgarian so basically unreadable. I mainly want to know if i can take both the spray and drops together at once or if i first use up the drops and start applying the spray later (after some days). Thank you.

no one can, u go in the pharmacy they can read it for you and show you the medications
Ask AI what should you do with your symptoms, then ask it what medicine you should take. Compare its answer with your prescription. Be careful take its answer with grain of salt.
This skill is only taught when you study a medical course, regular people cannot read that 🙂
I don’t think it would say any of that on the prescription. Just read your medications leaflets and see if it says something about other medications. But if they are over the counter drops and spray it shouldn’t be any problem
All I got is the lozengs are to be taken 4 times and the spray 3 sprays twice a day ? Honestly best would be to ask the pharmacy again
When you finished your exam at the doctor, he must have given you also, an outpatient medical record, an A4 list where he must have written down the medications. From the recipe I can make out Zinnat – which is an antibiotic, Fluconazole, Nurofen (painkiller which is on second page), and olivocap spray. When you go to the pharmacy they will read the whole thing.
I often have ear infections… dont ask.
From my ENT she says everything is connected so she prescribes something for the ear, nose and mouth.
There would be no issue taking them at once.
didn’t the pharmacist write on the box? Anyway – everything you bought is 2 times a day times 1 tablet, except the drops and the spray. Spray is 3tad x 2sprays and the drops 3tad x 2drops. Also no instructions how you should apply, the doctor should’ve told you, otherwise just all-in it
It’s decipherable only by practicing pharmacists.
The prescription doesn’t answer your questions but you should start them together with the tabs 🙂

I am not a doctor and you should consult with him/her if you are not fully confident in the prescribed medications and the way they have to be taken.

2.Linex (probiotic)
It is also 2*1(usually for better effect it is taken 2 hours before or after the antibiotic.
3. Uniflox ( antibiotic) drops. It can be used for eyes and ears.
3 times a day*2 drops (so every 8 hours)
4. Nurofen (for the pain and inflamation)

1. Zinnat 500mg (antibiotic) tablets – 1 tablet every 12 hours (there should be e-prescription for this medicine), preferably after a meal;
2. Linex capsules (probiotic) – 1 capsule twice daily, at least 2-3 hours before or (even better) after taking Zinnat;
3. Uniflox (antibiotic) drops – 3 times daily, but it’s a little unclear from the photo whether it says 2 or 4 drops. Typically, 2 drops are too few for an ear infection, so I’d bet on 4 drops three times daily.
4. Nurofen (pain killer and anti-inflammatory) tablets – it doesn’t say of how many miligrams, so probably 1 tablet of 200 mg twice daily, don’t take it on an empty stomach.
5. Hexoralleten lozeneges for *sucking* – you can take one every 2-3 hours (the doctor wrote 4 daily, though);
6. Olyvocaps Spray – This spray exists in two forms: ear spray (for cleaning earwax, not infection) and oral spray (for treating sore throat andvoice hoarseness). It’s unclear from this prescription which one the doctor meant, as they prescribed you both medications for the ear and for the throat. But since your main complains is about the ear, the pharmacist probably gave you the ear spray (you can check the picture on the box). Spray twice three times daily to clean the ear and wait some time before applying the antibitic drops after that.
