Soplica is a common polish vodka brand, you should find it in any supermarket or liquor store. This particular bottle is how they were packaged in the 90s. Nowadays Soplica Gorzka looks a bit different but should be about the same in taste.
Most super markets will stock them 👍
You can get soplica at any żabka, gas station, or convenience store. Not sure about that particular kind of doplica.

The brand exists and it’s quite popular and available everywhere (as others said) but they definitely changed the recipe. You won’t find the 40% version, nowadays it’s 24-26% maximum. It will also be probably much sweeter now. Generally, classic example of enshittification.
