After an overlong delay (middle of August!) the C3 certificates have been delivered to schools and delivered via block certs. What is a two-page document on print, was presented as two overlaid pages in the block certs certificate (see cropped image attached).
What sheer INCOMPETENCE!
Is this what we pay our taxes for??

Why are you so angry?
Everyone can make mistakes, this happens.
I’ve seen multiple times mistakes in bank statements and their TOS.
For example they would tell you if you do X they would say “you will get fifty euro (€60) in your account” – I believe this was part of their student offer to sign up. Sent them an email, no response. This is very misleading and could have caused them a lawsuit I believe.
Edit for clarification: they would write one number in brackets and a different number in words as shown above, not a mistake from my end.
So I do agree with you, such issues are very common in Malta, rarely have I seen similar cases abroad, but they do happen at times.
Are you sure it’s not just your phone failing to properly render the document?
Have you tried on a different phone or a laptop?
