The totals are for each whole year, not just the weeks I was in school. Its basically from when I was about 4 to 19. Yes, If I was not at school or somewhere with my parents or grandparents…I was at home watching tv. Outside of school related events I never saw or interacted with children my age who went to school with me.

Epic. You tracked your time from 4yo? Just get out there and practice socializing. If you feel like you make a mistake along the way just say to yourself “I was just practicing”.
How did you calculate television to be 30%? Did you legitimately average over 7 hours a day every day for most of your life?
For today’s kids, TV would be replaced by smartphones and tabs/laptops. You can do an estimate for your kids (if you have) or domestic other family relative (nephew/niece etc.).
