Bulgaria finished in fourth place at the Women’s U21 Volleyball World Championship in Indonesia. In the bronze medal match, the Bulgarian team lost to Brazil by 1:3 sets (19:25, 20:25, 25:14, 21:25).

    In a balanced first set, Brazil gained the lead at 15:12 and 21:18, eventually closing the set at 25:19.

    The second set started off shakily for Bulgaria, and although the game remained close, the Brazilians once again maintained a 3-point advantage. The final 25:20 score gave Brazil a firm lead in the match.

    In the third set, the Bulgarian team fought back with a strong 25:14 win.

    However, the South American team secured the victory with a 25:21 win in the fourth set, wrapping up the match after nearly two hours of play in Surabaya.
