Surviving heat

With the heat he had been left out for days. But I was super overwhelmed and ended up. It makes a very good temperature and you can take a quiet walk.

Going running I have finished super soaked and I feel like my body is still on fire. And it’s k 2 weeks ago I left the night to run I made twice a distance and I was in my house cooler than the frigo.

I hope you are also surviving, I have seen that many people in the heat wave give them a Patatus (normal, on top of whether they work with heat k does it outside). Much encouragement and winter comes.
