As a nurse, I can say the number of patients who come in with the holy trifecta- high cholesterol, high blood pressure and obesity- is insane. Not only that, they’ll dismiss any dietary/ lifestyle advice that comes with the 12 pills they have to take daily, because they’d rather take 12 pills a day than exercise or show self-discipline around food. I Love Malta, me & my now wife got married there in June, we went there a couple of years ago for the anniversary of our engagement & fell in Live with the country
