I just found a tiny kitten abandoned right by the rocky coast. Looked like it was left there on purpose. Sadly I couldn’t take it with me. If anyone is nearby: it’s hiding under the stone table at the roadside rest area, very shy and then ran up into the rocky slope.
It is at a roadside rest area between Stryn and Erdal at the Oppstrynsvatnet. Maybe there is someone nearby who has the time and ressources to help the cat and bring it to a vet or animal shelter.

Midtnorsk Katteskrullekompetansesenter on FB might be worth contacting. A local Dyrebeskyttelse is also a possibility, but they tend to be swamped.
