      There’s a sub called r/whereisthis that might be better suited to this question. There are some people there who are able to find the most obscure locations. It’s sometimes downright shocking.

      I would wager it’s adjacent to the park along the boulevard next to the Molo. Probably the eastern side, as there’s more of those old pavilions on that side. But who knows

      From what I can see it must have been taken by a bench in Sopot, approximately 50 feet from some sort of building
