Why is Hel only C? I have never been there but thought it looks like a very interesting area. Similar to Cape Cod in the US. I have been to Gdansk and Sopot a few times. I always assumed Hel was a more pristine area with nicer beaches.

Sztum is a nice little town, between 2 lakes with a Teutonic castle or what remains of it, and a pretty square with an evangelical church. It’s not mind blowing but why so low?
