Apparently Łódź isn’t a Polish city.
Olsztyn being 4th is a giant marketing scheme.
Better to just take any other major city, assuming we can classify Olsztyn as one.
I am not surprised that Gdańsk has low position in the ranking.
Low quality tourism damaged the historical city centra and inflated property prices.
