If this is supposed to be a paella, it’s or looks overcooked.
Paella is tipically sunday’s lunch, since it takes a while to prepare and cook. But I feel younger generations are losing this habit. If it wasn’t for my mother cooking all sort of paellas and rice dishes on weekends I wouldn’t have the time, energy or to cook them at home.

As someone from Madrid, if that was supposed to be a paella, so sorry. 🙏 Tourist trap. Almost all Spanish food taste good to be honest 🙈 but that was just for tourists.

Tourist trap lol. Not a paella. If you think that was good it’s OK but you can find waaay better dishes in local not touristic restaurants.
