Trying to defend Basha, Armend Muja presents the commission for documenting Serbia’s crimes as if it was established for post-war crimes.

Vetëvendosje Movement MP Armend Muja, attempting to defend the new Speaker of Parliament, Dimal Basha, for his scandalous work against the KLA, has returned to the past, claiming that the LDK and PDK worked against the KLA.

For this, he used a document from 1998, when the LDK leadership formed a commission to investigate crimes committed by the Serbian regime.

“When we are on the KLA, Dimali came out and exposed the truth of that paper, and the professor, the author, also showed that he is only responsible for Chapter 3, which has nothing to do with the KLA. But, when we are on the KLA, let’s remember a few things to get to the heart of the matter: 1. Do you remember when the LDK established the group for the investigation of post-war crimes headed by Eqerem Kryeziu? 2. Do you remember when the PDK and the LDK created the Special Unit? 3. Do you remember when Enver Hoxhaj said that if the KLA wins, I will take asylum in Serbia? 4. I believe you also remember when the President of the state visited the plaques of the murdered Serbs, on which he wrote that they were killed by Albanian terrorists, i.e. the KLA, in Gorazhdec in Peja and Gracka in Lipjan.”, his post states.

After this article by Muja, Naser Rugova, former LDK MP, reacted.

“Tonight, a VV MP published this LDK decision dated November 19, 1998, when Kosovo was engulfed in the flames of war, murder, destruction and deportations of the civilian population, on the scale of genocide by the Milosevic regime. The LDK leadership had formed a commission to investigate the crimes of this criminal regime, with eminent names, the file had been prepared for the International War Crimes Tribunal against Serbia, the file was prepared by the most prominent lawyers and jurists of the time, headed by lawyer Bajram Kelmendi, whom this criminal regime executed along with his two sons, precisely because of this file!”, Rugova wrote.

He said that “you must be extremely short-sighted, evil and mixed-blooded, a bad hybrid and anti-Albanian to pretend to misuse this document.”

“Keep Kosovo!”, Rugova added.
