Today is the 45th Anniversary when the Solidarity Movement rises to liberate Poland because the Soviet Union didn’t liberate Poland from Germany back in 1945 but a replacement of foreign occupation under Moscow until 1989.

Had a chance to learn a lot about the solidarity movement during my trip to Gdansk recently. The tour guide said that all the main players in it hate each other now lol
It wasnt Solidarność, it was Jaruzelski and WRON who end PRL and prepere transformation and new elites (POPiS forever). Both Solidarność and PZPR was pacify during military coup. First secretary of PZPR (Gierek who is remember as good leader) was jailed too. This is mitology that trade union ended PRL.
