With a year, maybe two years ago, I was making a post here about my neighbor of the mannel: a man of almost 60 years, he drinks, smokes, does not wash, lives with his mother, whom he occasionally beats (recently less often).
A little over a week ago we returned from holidays, and then we noticed that a card was hung in the door to each cage, the photo of which I attached. After sleeping the night, it turned out that we also have these bed bugs, so we bought a few specifics in Castorama (we don’t like the administrator, so we wanted to solve it without talking to him), but they didn’t help, so we called the number given on the card, but it turned out that it was just a number to the community, so we called the number showcase, which was at the entrance to the staircase. After some time, the administrator called back, we explained why we called and provided contact details to the company we employed.
Today this lady came from disinfestation, and it turned out that the administrator asked her to enter our neighbor through the wall, because he is famous for her meneel. We hear you entering him, not ten minutes and you already knock on us to spray our apartment. During the conversation, she told us that we would stick all the pipes from radiators with silicone, and in the windows and ventilation grilles put mosquito nets, because the menel has so much bugs that they will pass. She said that bugs are not looking for there, because where you look, you can see them. Whole walls and floor covered, bed for replacement, just a massacre. Of course, the neighbor does not want any splashing, unless for free (normal spraying PLN 600, the total method used with large quantities bugs PLN 1250), and there is no one to help him replace the beds. The lady added that all the above holes need to be sealed as soon as possible, because we have very little bugs, and they have to share food, so it’s just a matter of time before they pass.
My question is: can you do anything with this manne but the hope that it will drink too much and fall out of the balcony? In the end, it poses a threat to the health of others. From what I know, their apartment is ownership, otherwise the administration would get rid of them a long time ago.

Ja wiem że to brzmi jak wyrzucanie kasy w błoto, ale gdyby tak za niego zapłacić? Tak, to marnotrastwo i generalnie strasznie niewychowawcze zachowanie, ale paradoksalnie długoterminowo może wyjść taniej niż walka z problemem na swoim gruncie.
Na takie coś powinny być jakieś paragrafy. Jak facet jest menel i stanowi zagrożenie biologiczne dla sąsiadów, to należy go odizolować – jak trzeba, to nawet w szpitalu psychiatrycznym, matce zapewnić tymczasowe spokojne lokum i ogarnąć chatę. Nasze państwo jest tragiczne w takich sytuacjach niestety i nie ma procedur na podobne sytuacje.
U mnie w bloku jest podobny problem, z tym że źródłem pluskiew jest mieszkanie w sąsiedniej klatce w którym obcokrajowcy prowadzą burdel. Spółdzielnia odmówiła oprysku elewacji, zamiast tego namawiają do dezynsekcji swoich mieszkań na własną rękę pisząc jednocześnie, że jeśli nie zrobią tego wszyscy u których problem występuje to będzie się nasilać. Poki co moskitiery dają radę na szczęście
Możecie go do mopsu zgłosić? Po mojemu (ale ja się nie znam, bo nie mam z tym doświadczenia, ale tak na logikę) to by się do jakiegoś zasiłku celowego kwalifikowało… Najlepiej gdyby sąsiad tam sam poszedł, taki zapluskwiony – myślę, że to by mogło pracowników zmobilizować do działania.

Ostatnio widziałem kupkę wyrzuconych mebli z karteczką ostrzegającą przed robactwem
Mam dokładnie ten sam problem, tylko że jakiś czas temu ten menel sprzedał mieszkanie, żeby mieć za co pić i teraz wynajmuje u typa, któremu sprzedał. Na całym piętrze rozchodzą się robale (prusaki) i wydaliśmy już grube siano, żeby porozstawiać pułapki i inne środki zapobiegawcze. Spółdzielnia jedyne co zrobiła to dezynsekcja na sekcji wspólnej, czytaj obsikanie klatki schodowej i jego drzwi. Sanepid umywa ręce i odsyła do spółdzielni oraz zaleca wejście na drogę cywilną. Nie wiemy co zrobić i już bezpośrednio próbujemy skontaktować się z nowym właścicielem mieszkania, zobaczymy jak to dalej pójdzie.
