      Plot twist: the states with the worst outcomes are also the ones yelling the loudest about “family values.”

      Can you explain the language access component? When I click it, it just says “95% of children live in a home that is not linguistically isolated”, but I’m not sure what that means, or why it’s a meaningful component of this metric
