Is it some weird power socket? Is there an easy/safe way to tell if it is live if it is?
Also, if it is, can they normally be disabled from the circuit breaker board?

Looks like a 3 phase connector but of an old type

Safe way to check if it is still connected would be to stick electric probe in each and see if there is current.
You can buy em cheap in markets.

Interesting, seems lighting connection for a large area… should be a large property
protip: you can buy a converter to normal electric socket and just use it for electric lawn mower, grill, etc
It is 3 faze socket but really old
