The North Macedonian national team suffered its first defeat of 2025 in a friendly match held in Prague against Saudi Arabia (2-1), reports Telegrafi.
Aleksandar Trajkovski brought the spectacle of the match with an extraordinary goal with a “rove” in the 40th minute, but the lead lasted only five minutes, as Al Brican equalized the scores.
Coach Milevski started the first half with Alioski, Musli and Alimi, while in the second half, he also activated Bardhi and Qamili, with the latter having a dangerous attempt in the 64th minute. Despite the efforts of our players, with several chances also from Elif Elmas and Qamili, in the end it was the Arabs who celebrated, thanks to Abdullah Alhamdan’s beautiful goal in the 82nd minute.
This is Macedonia’s first defeat after ten consecutive matches without defeat, however, the defeat comes in a friendly test and not in an official challenge. /Telegraph/
