And yet people from the North, Midwest, and West make fun of the South for being poor and other things when those issue predominantly affect Black people. This is why I am glad that states like Mississippi, Tennessee, and Georgia are improving fast and becoming powerhouses as the other regions decline. Those regions especially California, New York, New England, the Pacific Northwest, and the Great Lakes Region are so arrogant and condescending when they deal with the same problems sometimes even worse.

Just shows you after the civil war and 14th amendment black people really weren’t able to get out. Reconstruction plus no ability for mobility. Forty acres and a mule was not to be.
