Analyst Ilir Deda has commented on President Vjosa Osmani’s statement about plans for a coup d’état that she made during a conversation with journalists today in her office.

Taking the lead from the arrest of the cameraman of the media outlet Paparaci, Jetmir Muji, who filmed the close protection of the president’s children near a private school, Osmani said that in several investigations, which he said are being conducted, there are journalists who are “collaborators” of Milan Radoicic.

In this context, Osmani mentioned “coup plans”.

Deda says that for a coup to occur, the army must be involved, so he asks if there was such a plan, was the KSF involved, and if the plan existed, were there any KSF members arrested.

“The military usually carries out a coup. Was the KSF part of the “coup plan”? If it was, then were the KSF members arrested for participating in the coup plan? If it wasn’t, then there were no coup plans. When the President is directly involved in spreading fake news about “internal enemies” and targets “journalists with a fly in their ear” – Kosovo starts to look like Russia and Belarus. In Western countries, there is neither the space nor the political culture that allows for this kind of nonsense. Weak, very weak,” Deda wrote.

Justifying her statement yesterday where she said about some “so-called journalists” that “you would be shocked at what illegal activities they engage in”, citing the security institutions as the source for this information, Osmani said that the journalists have not been investigated for “Radoiçiqat”.

“First of all, the journalists were not investigated. Someone else was investigated. The Radoiçiqias were investigated. When the Radoiçiqias are investigated, their collaborators come to light. And of course, our security institutions have a state, moral, and legal duty to investigate to the end any collaboration that has endangered Kosovo, including plans for a coup, including various threats that have been made and are being made to Kosovo… Then a lot of evidence has come to light. The security institutions are still continuing the investigations… They know who they are, they have a fly in their eye”, said Osmani. /Express/
