Report aggressive stray dog ​​outside Aragveli (300 “Samasi”)

To give context this stray dog came from a distance and attacked me while I was minding my own business incident must be captured on near by subway cctv.had no eye contact with him . I was walking on path along main road. This dog out of nowhere came really close to me and started barking and bit me off. Where can I report the attack and concerned authorities as this dog is really aggressive and can harm kids .
