Italy – FTO Airline Pilot Academy, a Padova based EASA‑certified flight training organisationt, is seeking a Deputy Head of Training for its EASA FCL pilot courses. The role may be full‑time or part‑time with high availability (≈ 15 days/month).
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate both flight and theoretical instructors in cooperation with the ATO management, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.

Conduct flight and theory training with students and instructors to ensure required standards are met.

Oversee compliance in instructional delivery, instructor competency, and training outcomes.

Qualifications

EASA CPL or ATPL pilot license with advanced flight instructor qualifications (e.g., FI, CRI, IRI, etc.), NOT current.

Minimum 3 years’ training experience in other ATOs or DTOs.

Strong teamwork and managerial skills.

Italian native speaker or Level 6 proficiency.

High competence with PCs, tablets, and training/software tools.
