This week, Emirates announced that all Airbus A380 flights to New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) will include four cabin classes, one of which will be Premium Economy. As of December 1, Premium Economy will be added to flights EK201/202, which offer direct service between Dubai and New York. The airline will also add Premium Economy on its daily EK205/206 service to Milan, which begins on November 10.

Emirates A380s in a four-class configuration feature Premium Economy at the front of the main deck. 56 seats are arranged in a 2-4-2 configuration, with ample room for comfort or work, a side table, and in-seat charging ports. Complementing that are premium amenities like a curated menu and abundant beverage options, which include the Chandon Vintage Brut 2016.
Besides Premium Economy, flights EK201/202 and EK205/206 will feature First Class, Business Class, and Economy Class.
Further, Premium Economy dining offers a monthly regional menu, served on Royal Doulton china tableware with stainless steel cutlery. Passengers can even arrange a cake and champagne celebration, complete with a luscious vanilla cake and a 20‑cl bottle of Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial. There’s a cake-only option as well.
By March 2026, Emirates’ network of destinations providing Premium Economy will grow to 68 global points. That’ll be aboard the airline’s fleet of Airbus A380s and A350s, and Boeing 777s. The carrier’s newest cabin features on the A380 are also available aboard important routes to Asia and Australasia, like Singapore, Sydney, Osaka, Bangalore, Mumbai, and others.
