I’m currently staying in Malta and I absolutely love cats. I came across a rule that says you need a licence to feed stray cats. Does that mean I’m not allowed to give cat treats to feral cats? I don’t want to get fined 😅

You can just feed them, no need to have a license or get permission.
Feed them but also be on the lookout for murderer/rapists hiding in the gardens.
Let me guess, someone tried selling you a license?
