Marriott International has signed an agreement with Kuzu Group to launch the St. Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum and The Residences at The St. Regis Karya Cove Resort, Bodrum.
The project will be located in the Kazıklı Bay area on Turkey’s Aegean coast and represents Marriott’s 100th hotel in the country. The development will combine a luxury resort with branded residences, expanding Marriott’s presence in the high-end travel and real estate sector in Turkey.
The resort will include 138 guest rooms, a selection of restaurants, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, a children’s club, a spa, and event spaces for meetings and private functions. The residences will consist of 221 apartments and villas ranging from one to five bedrooms, with amenities such as a lounge, media room, open kitchen, co-working spaces, library, fitness studios, and swimming pool. Both the resort and residences are planned to deliver premium services and facilities for international travelers and property buyers.
Strategic Expansion in Bodrum
The project marks the second collaboration between Marriott International, Kuzu Group, and Servotel, following the 2022 opening of the JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea. The new development will cover a 280,000-square-meter site, offering direct access to natural beaches and sea views while remaining close to Bodrum’s cultural and historical attractions. The launch underlines Bodrum’s position as a growing luxury tourism and lifestyle destination.
“Bodrum, with its blue waters, cultural heritage and modern appeal, continues to attract travelers worldwide who seek a refined holiday experience,” said Jerome Briet, President of Development, Europe, Middle East and Africa, Marriott International. “With St. Regis, we are bringing timeless elegance and exceptional service to one of the most unique locations in the region.”
Rising Demand for Luxury Travel
