One time I was sending a letter abroad, the woman at Poczta Polska looked around unsure which slot to put it in so she just dumped it on the floor in full view – credit where credit is due the documents reached their destination.
I live in czechia, packages from sweden arrive in 2-3 days, packages from poland take usually 8 or more days, whats up with that? I thought you guys were good at postal services, given that the pickup box inovation took off so sucessfuly
I raise a glass to our local DPD driver who drives past our home and marks that nobody was in. We do love those walks to the collection office.
Ever since temu and AliExpress have the option to deliver with InPost i never ordered with poczta polska again. Poczta lost some packages in the past and InPost not a single one. Paczkomat is an additional bonus
