Reminds me of the KSP days when we’d take the Kerbal out of the capsule and push it using the Kerbal’s EVA suit.

Was the BT-4 engine modified to handle the heavier XL version of Cygnus? It’s a Japanese engine with a very good history on Cygnus and large satellites. Wild speculation: the upgrade resulted in the failure.
