Gen V Season 2‘s first three episodes have been released, and they contain a series of songs from different artists, in addition to the series’ main theme. Co-created by Eric Kripke, Evan Goldberg, and Craig Rosenberg, this series is a spin-off of Kripke’s The Boys.
In Season 2, Godolkin University’s new Dean introduces a new course designed to make its students more powerful than ever. Moreover, Marie, Jordan, and Emma deal with the trauma that came with their months-long imprisonment at the end of Season 1. Meanwhile, Cate and Sam — who became affiliated with The Seven in The Boys Season 4 — bask in their newfound status as superheroes.

Gen V Season 2 has a lower Rotten Tomatoes score compared to the first. As of this writing, the tomatometer sits at 88% while the popcornmeter has a 67%. Meanwhile, Season 1 has much higher tomatometer and popcornmeter scores of 97% and 76% respectively.
