  1. Is this the beer in Georgia that the label translates to “this is beer?” In Oni, our guide told us one of the Georgian beers we were drinking had a label that translated to that, if I remember correctly it was that one

  2. Kind of like Coronas in the states. The clear bottle plus UV exposure makes it “skunky”. It is a real concept you can look up. It isn’t just this beer that would become like that.

  3. It can happen when beer is exposed too much to shn. Hop, used in beer, is closely related to cannabis. So it kind of makes sense. 

    Still safe to drink. 

  4. Sunlight through a clear glass bottle, “skunks” the aroma compounds in the hops and makes them taste like weed/smell like a skunk.

    It’s why brown bottles or cans are best.

  5. Ngl, I think bottles of heineken especially in the first seconds of being opened can smell a lot like weed too sometimes, I guess it might be more or less depending on the batch.
