Non ho letto l’articolo ma immagino che sia dovuto al fatto che nessuna azienda NATO può vendere legalmente armi ai russi.
Se la Russia vuole comprarle dall’ estero (Cina esclusa) deve necessariamente rivolgersi alla filiera dell’ illegalità. Un’ ulteriore riprova che il proibizionismo non risolve mai il problema per cui è stato imposto ma sposta tutta la filiera nell’ illegalità
