Will your supermarket lead the change for crustacean welfare this year?

Probably not relevant to 90% of the people here but dear God do not boil crustaceans alive. The whistling isn’t screaming no, it’s the air in it’s body erupting from under its shell and, y’know boiling it alive. 

The idea that they don’t feel pain is heavily disputed and is almost certainly incorrect. You would be putting an animal through one of the most painful death imaginable. 

Kill it by piercing it’s brain then moving down to slice along it’s body. It is the most humane way of preparing them and they feel nothing.
