What is this?
Yes, it’s a legal high. Dangerous as well. There have been some people taking this and driving – it’s “safe” in terms of getting busted because it clears out of system very fast and is not possible to test.

It’s an epidemic waiting to happen.
America and (especially) England already have big problems dealing with it. It should be banned or heavily restricted (maybe only those with catering licenses can buy it?) before it explodes here, too.
I’ve seen a few people really go down the wrong way because of this trash.
One can hope this gets corrected soon but quite unlikely.
It should be banned outright. Who cares about balloons?? They’re terrible for the environment anyway!!
