Per la sorpresa di nessuno le regioni in cui il tasso di obesità è più alto sono anche quelle in cui si pratica meno sport.
Fate sport, vi migliora la vita sotto ogni aspetto. Non cadete nella body positivity tossica che vi vuole fuori forma e miserabili.
