NewsChannel 13 has learned that state police will charge Morgan Lange Wednesday with vehicular manslaughter, after her friend Joshua Soden, died over the weekend.
As NewsChannel 13 reported , Lange, who is 33 and lives in Glenville, was charged with vehicular assault after hitting Soden with a car and pinning him underneath on the night of September 8th.
Vehicular manslaughter carries a maximum sentence of two and a third to seven years in prison.
Police say Lange had a blood alcohol concentration of .12.
Josh Soden’s family attorney has told NewsChannel 13 they plan to pursue civil action against the bars where she was served.
