Sounds like ITV wants to keep things drama-free without Schofield. Given his controversial exit and the negative impact on the show’s reputation, it’s not surprising they’re hesitant. Plus, the atmosphere apparently improved after he left. Seems like both sides are better off moving on.

Why invite the drama? At best he’s a Jungle/big brother type show candidate, ala Barrymore (different circumstances but pretty similar end)

    3. With him and Eamonn gone, ITV must be a paradise compared to when they were there.

      Drama around his departure aside,

I know he had connections in the industry but was he even well liked/regarded by his peers and colleagues before everything came to light?

I vaguely remember some stories of him supposedly acting like a tosser to people in public and never really thought about him outside of his face appearing on tv whenever it did.

      Bad luck, Pip.

This Morning with Alison, Dermot and Kat is more wholesome anyway.
