These initiatives will support local residents in launching small businesses, particularly in the tourism, agriculture, and handicraft sectors, and help reduce youth migration by creating opportunities for reverse migration and a more stable economy.

The Karpenisi Hospital will receive an energy upgrade, new medical equipment, and financial incentives to attract healthcare professionals to the region.
