Notre Dame has lost cornerback DeVonta Smith for the rest of the game against the Boise State Broncos with a calf injury.

The Alabama transfer’s absence will be tough to take for a struggling secondary, though cornerback Leonard Moore has returned today after missing the previous two games with a right-thigh injury.

Notre Dame is currently leading Boise State 14-7 early in the second half.
