      The beginning of the first word and the ending of the third are missing. To me it looks like “…рноморка с бар…”, the first might be “черноморка”, meaning “of the black sea”.

      I don’t know what this is, maybe someone can give enough context to tell, bit what I see (including some missing letters I can guess) is:

      ЧЕРНОМОРКА с БАР…

      First word is feminine for someone from the Black Sea then the “c” means “with” and after that, sure it starts as “bar” but it’s an incomplete word so I can’t tell what the whole thing really means.

      Edit: looking a bit closer it seems that there is a dot after the “c” which changes things. It might be short form for “village” instead of “with” so it might be that the “bar” part is part of a village name

      I see “..рноморка с бар..”. “рноморка” probably is “черноморка” (“from the Black sea”, also can be ” black death”, cause there is no “c” between р and к to be 100 percent “from the Black sea” ) , “c” = with , “бар..” have no idea.

      Черноморска means a woman from the Black Sea, which is a plausible name for a street. с. means village, and Бара is just the beginning of some village name. However, it could be something else.

      I’m aware of two villages that start with Бара – Бараково and the now sunk village Bara, both have nothing to do with the black sea. I googled streets with that name and found some in Varna, Bulgaria, Odesa, Ukraine, and one in Russia.
