The scam and disgrace is to wear Bavarian clothing in a Swiss themed video.
For those not willing to watch the video: It is true, but you must be Swiss or have already permanent residency card for Switzerland. Something you can get soonest after 5 years of regular stay in Switzerland (unless you are a Swiss university professor).

I watched it yesterday and it was very good.
Yes the thumbnail is a disaster, but the message of the video is really really warm and honest.
