Tom’s Turkey Drive is raising funds to provide meals for local families through Second Harvest.
SPOKANE, Wash. — Community members have several ways to support families in need this holiday season through KREM Cares Tom’s Turkey Drive, a fundraiser benefiting Second Harvest. Donations will go directly to fight hunger and provide meals for local households.
One way to contribute is by purchasing a $25 Tom’s Turkey Drive bag at any area Rosauers store. Each bag represents a meal that will be delivered to a family to cook at home. Rosauers locations can be found online here.
Donors can also give online through Second Harvest at 2-harvest.org/turkeydrive.
On Friday, November 14, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., participating Starbucks locations will also host a special donation event. All proceeds during the two-hour window will benefit Tom’s Turkey Drive and Second Harvest. Customers are encouraged to ask their local Starbucks about participation.
Additionally, supporters can purchase a reusable Tom’s Turkey Drive shopping bag at Rosauers for $5, with all proceeds going to Second Harvest to fight hunger. Bags are available while supplies last.
By donating through any of these channels, local residents can directly contribute to helping families enjoy meals during the holidays.
