I only post cakes and pastries all the time, this is soup for a change.
Recently I bought a lot of broccoli, and since I don’t like wasting food, the stems turned into soup. I highly recommend it, it’s super filling, healthy and, most importantly, delicious.
What’s inside? Broccoli, pumpkin that was already open to use, parsley, celery, leek, carrot, already wrinkled apple, potatoes, onion (whatever you have lying around in the fridge). Today on the rib.
The most important thing for taste is to fry all these vegetables in a dry frying pan before adding them to the pot. The maillard reaction, as always, makes the dish 100x better.
Once it’s cooked, blend and add the boneless meat. At this point, you can freeze some of it and mix the rest with cottage cheese (cream/yogurt)
Great for everyone, the soup is low-calorie and relatively high in protein if you add cottage cheese. You can eat it alone or with toast, I like to slurp it from a cup on autumn evenings. And if you’re lazy, taking it out of the freezer is a great lunch option.
Sounds good? What kind do you have? "garbage dishes"?

O, spontaniczna “zupka z resztek”.
