Did you have an option to choose card payment prior to that screen?

Przy płatności wybierz opcję zwykły przelew, a nie przelewy24. Przelewy 24 obsługuje tylko polskie konta

If there’s no card payment option or regular transfer, you might be out of luck

Sometimes before step choosing przelewy24 you can choose one with credit card

I don’t know where are you trying to buy something, but usually shops also have an option for customers for a direct bank transfer as a payment. If such option exist you should receive bank number. To make it an IBAN just ad PL at the beginning of this number.

Which options do you have except for przelewy24? On step before choosing this.

Credit card or bank transfer (“zwykły przelew”). What was the previous screen?

Following this eagerly for the answer. Lots of people saying you missed the option for card payment, but no, plenty of sites only seem to offer these options. My workaround is just to get my wife’s BLIK but obviously not everyone has that option.

Nope, there is no option like this. I moved back to Poland after a while and I was stuck with exactly the same issue. Had to ask my friends to pay for me and repay them from revolut. Makes no sense tbh

What museum is this?

I am not sure, but probably if you activate a PLN account on Revolut, you also get Blik as a feature. Otherwise DM me we can find an alternative way (scam risk, but well, it’s 20 PLN).

Write a comply to the museum that their limited option of payments is discriminating foreign visitors. Maybe they’re not aware of this “edge case”? They probably can generate a CC payment link manually also if you ask.

If it’s only screen you see for payment – you can’t unless you open polish bank account in one of this banks.

Which museum is it? I’ll check it out for you.

Did you confirm the shop ships abroad? Some shops will have payment by card or sometimes wire transfer but if this one doesn’t then you’ll need to find a different store and do double check they ship internationally

So this is completely on seller side. They can choose which payment options are available and if you see them on this page (Przelewy24) or maybe earlier in the checkout. For credit cards to be available they have to sign extra agreement with Przelewy24 so in many cases it’s not done and this payment method is not available.
All the payment methods are visible when you move to Przelewy24 site so if it’s not there, it’s not available.

You can’t use a przelewy24 for that. Try to use manual transfer or debet card method in cart.
