The Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Albania, Ilirjan Celibashi, has conveyed his congratulations to the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of Kosovo, Kreshnik Radoniqi, and all members of this institution, for the professional management of the local elections held the day before in Kosovo.
Celibashi assessed the administration of the process as professional, transparent and impartial, emphasizing the importance that such an organization has for strengthening democracy.
“I extend my most sincere congratulations to the Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kosovo, Kreshnik Radoniqi, and all members of the Commission, for the professional, transparent and impartial administration of yesterday’s local elections,” Celibashi declared.
In his message, he also congratulated the political parties, civil society, media and citizens of Kosovo for their contribution to a peaceful and democratic electoral process.
