    1. It’s hilarious how Germany given a chance to have a clean reset with their russia cocksucking history and prove they actually are a European country with values, chose to double down on putin asslicking and persecute a guy who (may have) damaged pipe: outside of Germany, owned majorly by russia. xD

    2. Apart-Apple-Red on

Good, now, if he is responsible of destroying that Russian pipeline, can we give him a medal?

Remember, Ukraine is at war with Russia.

    3. I really don’t like the idea of our law system being tied to harboring people like that, it could undermine our EU standing.

On first day of detainment, he should have been moved by the secret services to Ukraine, with full deniability and non-disclosure, if BND asked, he fled to Ukraine somehow, good luck proving “our” guys were at all involved, fax Kyiv about him.

Lacking leadership in the special services and weakness shows once again, now we will pay the price for protecting that guy in the open, it should never had happened this way.

    4. So now just because it suits some political aspects no to continue with the charges, we are all fine and happy about it. Hmmmm isn’t this that we are always criticising about dictatorships or authoritarian regimes?

    5. the duality of Germans is astounding

      2016 : it’s a private business project, we can’t interfere

2025: it’s German state critical infrastructure

also omega lol at German fair court. appointed by politicians just like PiS wanted to, and nobody who dealt with corruption with Russia got any sentencing or jail.

    6. Very based. I guess we could consider extradition once Germany has a judicial system that follows CJEU guidelines for the rule of law, until then… no can do.

    7. That the judiciary in Poland is not fully independent should be known to everyone.
However, the fact that they are now even covering up for terrorists and may have even known about it or been involved themselves marks a new dimension.

Poland is thereby indirectly, or even directly, supporting terrorism against another EU country. Very alarming!

Why does ANYONE believe some dudes in small boat floated out and deep dived to destroy a gas pipeline in the ocean… even Russia doesnt believe this!!!

    9. They are really insolent. Throughout their history, the Germans have refused to extradite fvcking SS officers. Now they hide behind the fact that they are Ukraine’s biggest financial supporter in Europe, and they don’t see that they financed Russia for a long time before the war and that NS2 is further support for an enemy country. With one hand they support Ukraine, with the other they want Russia – so who the fvck are they rooting for? And they’re surprised by Poland’s decision? Germany is NOT A BIT of a reliable ally at the moment. They have made a deal behind our backs with Russia, as has happened many times in history, and it has always ended tragically for us. Calling this an attack on an EU/NATO member or protecting terrorists is idiotic.
