The mountain time trial was won by Roglic, taking place early in the morning at a time where the riders had arrived in the area for a few hours only. This is an exhibition race, with the footage being used to make a Netflix documentary set to promote Andorra as a sports and cycling-focused nation.
After the mountain time trial up to Collada de la Galina took place, the riders then had a short urban criterium in Andorra-la-Vella, where Isaac del Toro beat Primoz Roglic in the final sprint. Tadej Pogacar and Jonas Vingegaard did not win either of the events, although certainly this was outlined as is the case with the post-Tour de France criteriums.
