I moved away from Switzerland in February and I called salt and they send me a confirmation email. They still send Mahnungen to the address even after telling them i don’t live there anymore. It’s extremely annoying. My mom gets all the mails from them.

Are those “mahnungen” from outstanding payments from where you still lived in Switzerland or shortly after you moved (and didn’t pay the “rest” of the owed money)?
Are those “mahnungen” from months after your departure? How long after your departure did you get mahnungen?
Have you sent “einschreiben”? And all that?
Did you still have a running Contract with a Minimum Contract term? which you now have maybe “agreed” to buy out (by paying the contract breach fee according to their Tos )in order to switch to prepaid
