    Albanian soldiers killed in the Yugoslav Army (1951-1993)


    -This video shows two examples of how the Yugoslav army sent murdered Albanians back home in sealed coffins, saying that they had committed suicide, but don’t open the coffins to look, because we all know the truth, they were all murdered, the wounds etc. show it clearly. Of course, there were also countless cases where the murdered Albanians never returned home, neither alive nor dead.
    -I added a few lists from the book: "Shaipta soldiers killed in the Yugoslav army (1951-1993)" by Prof. Qazim H. Berisha and a few pictures of murdered Albanians who had to serve in the Yugoslav army.

      This is so interesting thank you for sharing this my father served in Yugoslav army and I remember when I was very young he never liked talking about and I remember he once told me his friend killed himself in the military.

      I wonder does he know that maybe he was killed and it was said he killed himself.

      My dad doesn’t talk much about this period in his life
      Maybe one day I’ll ask him more about this and see if his name is on one of these lists

      Mad to think what my family went through and so many Albanians walk around with so much pain, we are so wuick to judge and hate ourselves on these online forums and such yet so many of us have no understanding of the mental pain that generation feel and people in the war.

      im proud of my family even though I used to not like how they were and I grew up very differently born in a refugee camp in a place with no Albanians and used to not understand. Older I got the more I got respect for our countries people and what our parents have done for most us anyway

      When these soldiers were murdered in other parts of Yugoslavia. Their coffins were sealed and brought to Kosova. Often family members of the deceased soldiers weren’t allowed to open these sealed coffins and you would have Serbian military personnel also attending the funeral to make sure nobody would open them to see what has **really** been done to these young men. These dirty Yugoslav soldiers would cover their attendance up as “showing condolences” but in reality they were present to just make sure these coffins don’t get opened to see throats cuts, barbwire around the neck, suffocation, and whatever methods they used to kill these men.

      Near the start of the war in 89 my father said in sombor (or pula can’t remember) they would flat out refuse to go to the military hospital if sick cause occasionally some sick fuck would give Albanian soldiers lobotomies.
