If this is accurate, Christ almighty… he was literally begging not be released and they were forcing him out. I’d almost feel bad for him if he wasn’t a convicted sex offender.
What a horrible reason if all true. Even the offender knew it wasn’t right that he was being let out early. He knew that he should be deported and so did the officers but they expected him to find his own way to the deportation office???
Country is a joke. How do they not have a proper process in place for this???!!
Wandering around outside prison for 90 minutes wondering how he was going to be voluntarily deported while prison staff tried to shoo him away to a train station.
Heads need to roll over this.

It’s ultimately all on Labour because they don’t turn back boats in the channel. If boats never make landfall, this entire chain of events from Epping to botched release would never have happened.

Saw the video of his arrest and this guy isn’t very bright and doesn’t really understand English. I was surprised he didn’t turn himself back in right away, am even more surprised he tried too and failed lol.
