How to fix old operator boxes above the front door.

Hello,

I live in an old apartment building and above the front door (in the common areas, the corridor) there are a bunch of boxes of different operators – cable TV, Internet, etc. The problem is, they look pretty bad—rusty, dusty, tangled cables everywhere. Some of them must be from companies that no longer exist.

I want to tidy up and fix it because they see over my door without cutting off someone’s internet. My idea is to just make it cleaner and more aesthetically pleasing – maybe with a cable channel or a decorative box.

Additionally: I am looking for a recommendation for a company/specialist to perform such a task (understanding the routes, removing/cleaning old boxes, installing a new layout) — someone in Sofia. (Geo Milev)

Do I have the right to move / remove old boxes if they are clearly inactive and do you know a company or technician (electrician, low current installations) in Sofia who has done something similar and can handle a similar task?

I would be grateful to anyone who has been through something similar and can share info.
