Why do we always have to have a cringeworthy Tatooine comparison when we talk about planets in binary systems?

Well it won’t be exactly like Tatooine, it orbits 2 suns as a circumbinary pair, these planets orbiting 1 of the 2 stars, so while they may have 2 sunsets, it won’t be at the same time.
The stars are also red dwarfs, so very dim, and the second sunset would probably be more analogous to a brighter full moon than another day.
